10 salads from the south, everyone should do at least once
Southerners like to break the rules, especially with regard to our “salads”. While the rest of the world could be surprised if they ordered a salad and that it arrived with a lamb of lettuce in sight, the southerners would not beat.
Although this is not a difficult and fast rule, in many cases, almost anything can be a salad if there is at least mayonnaise. From vegetable meat to cherries, fluffy and refrigerated, there is room at the southern tables for “salads” of all bands. If you have not made our ten favorites below, put them on your task list. Mark them will be a delicious achievement.
