- Five cups of watermelon
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/8 cup triple sec
- One and 1/12 ounce lime juice

Instructions:
First, blend the five cups of cubed watermelon until smooth. Next, strain two cups of watermelon juice and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add 1/4 cup vodka, 1/8 cup triple sec, and 1 and 1/2 ounce lime juice. Pour into champagne flutes, leaving room at the top, then top with champagne.
Micheleda
The Michelda is a popular beer cocktail that marries lime and spice flavors with a range of variations that include tomato juice similar to a Bloody Mary and some recipes that choose to skip it. Although the origins are unknown, many believe the popular drink originated in Mexico, according to Liquor.com.
If that holiday weekend includes barbecued fajitas or smoked beef brisket, a cold Michelda will pair well with the spicy flavors of Mexican-style cooking. - Two ounces of fresh lime juice

Instructions:
In a shallow dish, stir to combine salt and chili powder. Wet the rim of a tall serving glass with a wedge of lime and dip it in chili salt to coat the rim.
Next, combine the lime juice, hot sauce, and soy sauce in the bottom of the glass and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice, then top it up with beer. Stir lightly, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
Jalapeño Margarita
