Arby potato cakes are now permanent on the menu, reports

Potato cakes are back at Arby for good, the restaurant chain confirmed Thursday morning on X.

Arby’s, owned by Atlanta, the Brands Inspire Brands LLC, reintroduced potato cakes last July after having withdrawn from the menus in 2021 in favor of the fries.

“After the overwhelming excitement of our fans after the brief return of potato cakes in July 2024, it was clear how much our guests really lacked them,” said Jeff Baker, director of marketing at Arby’s, in a statement at Fox Business.

“We are constantly receiving calls, messages and comments on social networks on potato cakes. Since we are in the process of making Arby fans happy, bringing the potato cakes obvious to us,” said Baker. “It is a little way that we can show our appreciation to our guests for their passion and their loyalty.
