Casey Donovan shared the daily meal and workout plan that contributed to her successful weight loss.
In an Instagram Stories post on Friday, the 35-year-old shared her morning routine, which included time on a Pilates reformer machine.
She then posted her meal prep and breakfast, which included a number of supplements including calcium, vitamin D and turmeric.
For breakfast, she had Vegemite toast and cherry tomatoes, and a bowl of cinnamon bananas.
Her meal prep included Asian-style mixed vegetables sautéed with sesame oil and soy sauce.

Casey recently posted a week’s worth of her meals from Jenny Craig.
The singer’s menu includes a breakfast of banana bread, wholemeal toast and fruit, or Nutri-Grain cereal, two slices of wholemeal toast and half a cup of baked beans.
She also has the option of an oatmeal and apricot bar, an English muffin, fruit, and a boiled or poached egg.
Each breakfast additionally includes a portion of dairy products, which can be in the form of milk or yogurt.

For snacks, she can choose from dairy, fruit, nuts, half an English muffin, and ricotta cheese.
Lunch menu items include ham and cheese toast or pesto pasta, along with sides of wholemeal bread, meat and salad.
The diet is clearly flexible, as on some days Casey substituted pumpkin soup for a burrito, roasted vegetables for a pork bun, and spaghetti bolognese for a frittata.
Dinner selections vary from a beef pastie with a side of vegetables and bread, to vegetarian tikka masala or roast chicken and vegetables.
Casey also swapped out some of her dinners, choosing a chicken curry instead of Thai fishcakes and a satay dish instead of cannelloni.

“Eight shows a week isn’t bad sometimes…The only thing I love is that I can incorporate my @jennycraigausnz meals every day!” she wrote in her caption.
“I prepare my veggies and/or salads at home and take my Jenny Craig meals with me and just heat them up before, between and after shows. It’s ridiculously simple!
