Ma’afe Ne’eman began in Jerusalem in 1944 with a stroller filled with pastries, driven by the late Rabbi Baruch Ne’eman, the patriarch of the family who sold his exquisite wares to passersby.
Over the years, the stroller brand has grown into a thriving branch that has replicated its success across the country. Ma’afe Ne’eman now has 63 branches offering a variety of specialty pastries. “Our motto is to bring high-quality kosher baked goods to the Israeli palate using fine ingredients that evoke the comforting flavors and aromas of home.”
In 2008, Ma’afe Ne’eman established a state-of-the-art factory equipped with the latest machinery and automation, exporting pastries to its network of stores.
