Do you want clean cooking after cooking? Follow these 10 rules
THE joy to cook is too often spoiled by the agony of cleaning up. Disordered cuisine is something we have all had to face, but I’m here to tell you that there is another way. Cleaning during cooking is not the most intuitive concept, especially if you are new in home cooking.
Some simple habits and practices will alleviate the mess that follows your latest culinary creation, allowing you to enjoy the meal without an imminent chore.
To combat cooking disasters, I developed something of a manifesto to keep things clean during the preparation of the dinner that home cooks can use.
Here are 10 rules to prepare for dinner without do a waste.
1. Use a garbage bowl
A garbage bowl or a trader compost will prevent food waste and other garbage from accumulating around you.

You can bring a compost tray or garbage closer can be closer to the action or designate a large bowl to be placed on the counter to be used as a temporary bin for onion skins and the ends of the celery. 2. Go gently on the heat

Be careful not to mount the range too high for scrambled eggs, meatballs or chicken thighs, or you will end up with burnt pots that require soaking and friction.

3. Use a splash guard

4. Clean as you go

A few well -timed wipes with a damp sponge or cloth – as well as loading dishes, cutting boards, pots and containers in the dishwasher while you cook – will have a huge impact on the final state of the kitchen.
If you find yourself looking at a timer or clock between the recipe steps, find something little to clean or unused to store.
5. Put aluminum foil between the stove and the counter

Cleaning the crumbs and other pieces of food from this crevasse is almost impossible without moving the stove, so your best bet is to prevent them from falling there first. A small piece of aluminum foil will keep this cursed space free of future mouse foods.
6. Soak the pots and pans immediately
Washing the pans and burnt pots with hooded foods is often the longest part of the cleaning of the kitchen. Although you cannot completely avoid this step, the earlier you can get these pans covered with soap and soaking in the water, the easier they will be clean.

7. Try dishwashing instead of liquid soap

8. Use a Dutch Nange
Use a Dutch antiard or enameled oven for cleaner cuisine.

On the one hand, most Dutch ovens have high walls and a lid, you are therefore less likely to have fat, liquid and splashes of food. Quality Dutch ovens also have a naturally non -stick enamel coating that rarely needs cleaning.
Although the enameled cast iron is not as non -stick as kitchen utensils covered with teflon, it is damn close. Unlike stainless or non -enemy steel melting, even foods apparently glued to this versatile kitchen material. At worst, a short soaking with soap and water almost always does the trick.

9. Load the dishwasher correctly
The third rack offers another place to load silverware, kitchen utensils and other small items.
