KUALA LUMPUR, May 26 (Bernama) — Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd (DLMI) says its halal products remain affordable and accessible to consumers, despite unpredictable price movements and supply chain trends, with global costs raw materials which climbed up to 15 percent last year.

Going forward, Ramjeet said DLMI will continue to optimize the company’s costs and cash flow to weather the continued inflationary headwinds as management continues to secure internal funding to bolster its new manufacturing facility. world-class manufacturing – an Industry 4.0 standard dairy manufacturing center in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan – which involved an investment of RM540 million.

The facility will be commercially operational in 2024.
