(BABY) (BABY) (0YL.F) (“Other” or the “Business”), the plant-based nutrition company for babies, toddlers and children, today announces, following its press release dated November 16, 2023, that the exercise price of the common stock subscription warrants (the “warrants subscription”) of the Company underlying the offering of The 13,000,000 units of the Company (the “Units”) which are sold in connection with the previously announced overnight offering of 5,005 Units 000 were increased from CA$0.45 to CA$0.485. The Company expects to close the offering of the Units on November 21, 2023.
