The New York judgment of the event will be organized at China Institute in America, a prestigious institution founded in 1926 by renowned academics such as John Dewey and Hu Shi.

Taste of Asia 2025 will travel to five large American cities, each providing tailor -made experience to meet the unique needs of the regional food and drinks industries. New York’s judgment on March 21 will take place at China Institute in America, with 500 participants participating in a conference and a small fair. On April 28, Seattle’s judgment will be held in the Twenty Five Teishoku house, with 100 participants for a conference. Chicago’s judgment on May 19 will take place at the headquarters of the National Restaurant Association, attracting 500 participants for a conference and a small fair. The Houston stop on July 21 will be held at the Mirao restaurant, with 100 participants for the conference. Finally, the Los Angeles judgment on August 11 will be organized at the Méridien Pasadena Arcadia, with a large event welcoming 1,500 participants, including an industry forum, an exhibition and a large fair.
