A recent LendingTree survey found that nearly 80% of people now consider fast food a luxury. The latest Consumer Price Index also shows that the cost of limited-service meals, which include fast food, has increased 4.3% over the past year. Wendy’sWendy’s has launched a breakfast special where customers can get two of the following items for $3: a sausage biscuit, an egg and cheese biscuit, a sausage and cheese muffin, an egg and cheese muffin, small potatoes, or a medium coffee. Wendy’s also offers its $5 “Biggie Bag,” which launched in 2019 and includes a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger or Crispy Chicken Sandwich, four-piece chicken nuggets, fries, and a small soda.
