Find this eclectic coffee and filled with Seremban plants which serves coffee grains in heritage
Seremban, March 14-We often make the trek of half an hour to the south to Seremban for an impromptu breakfast.
Whether it’s homemade spinach noodles with poached chicken in Shiang Kang or butter coffee And a thick butter toast in Kedai Kopi & Makanan Sadara, our first meal of the day in this sympathetic city is guaranteed to be generous.
This is why it is sometimes good to take a caffeine break in the middle of the morning … at least before lunch.
To this end, an excellent option is Heirloom, a rustic style coffee somewhat hidden along Jalan Seng Meng Lee. Coffee is spacious and intimate because it is housed in a one floor bungalow.

Upon entering, we did not waste time ordering some coffees, a slope and a latte. Something simple to wake up properly after a heavy breakfast.
Barista asked us if we would like to eat everything. In addition to the specialized coffee, Heirloom has a wide variety of pastries and bakery products in rotation.
Easy options such as whole wheat bagels and chocolate bread as well as seasoned levain rolls of Thai basil. Those with a sweet tooth could prefer canelleslemon madeleines or German apple cake.
We were tempted but stuck with just the coffee this tour. (We had to save space again for lunch later!)
For coffee on coffee, we chose the Grain of Colombia Fincigmos Tabi by Contour, happily surprised to see the roaster based in PJ represented here in Seremban.

These beans have been transformed, with prolonged fermentation. The resulting flavor profile had notes of orange and lychee flowers. A delicious infusion.
While waiting for our coffee, we took the opportunity to look around coffee. His decor could only be described as eclectic.
Bric-Ă -Brac filled the room, with a turquoise-died for elegantly framed bird impressions; That of Raptors was particularly surprising.
There were a few pots of plants here and there, inside and outside. Monstera Gros and Feuillu with their Swiss cheese windows; Delicate and small philodendrons, climbing Coco Coir Poles; Even the Pothos with persistent and hassle leaves, their vines similar to an ivy extending to the ground.

A wall of characteristics was decorated with used coffee bags of different roasted rides around the world. Many of them came from Australia, like Proud Mary, Axil Coffee Roasters, Industry Beans and Market Lane Coffee – all based in Melbourne, one of the large capitals of the coffee.
Others came from a greater distance, including California’s Chromatic Coffee Co. and the Texan Derivated Coffee “Nano Roaster”.
There was even one called Manhattan Coffee Roasters, who is not based in Manhattan, but Rotterdam, in the Netherlands. One – ONA, from Canberra – was founded by a former Olympian, Saša Ĺ estić.
Perhaps these worn bags of coffee beans are the new office globe: you can trace cities and countries, travel and stories, roasting styles and flavors from one continent to another.

Once the Barista finished with our coffee casting, it started preparing the Latte based on espresso. Measured movements: weighing the beans, stamping the terrain, shooting the shooting and pouring the cooked milk on the espresso, the glass maintained at an angle.
For Espresso, Barista told us that they used Ethiopia Arbegona Sidama from Roaster Coffee Hub. These heritage beans were natural, with notes of mango, grenade, fishing and flower honey.
This meant that our latte had a floral profile which distinguished itself well against carefully poured milk foam. Just what we needed.
Now it only remained to relax with a good filter infusion, a simple latte and comfortable rattan chairs. An agglomerated philodendron completed the image of domesticity, its green leaves rock us to silent happiness. A beautiful respite … until lunchtime, that is to say.
