Find treats in Fall River and beyond at candy stores and cafes
There’s really no bad time to enjoy a good piece of chocolate.
Okay, maybe not somewhere where food isn’t allowed, but otherwise? No one’s going to judge you for indulging.
Perhaps the most appropriate day to break off a piece of a chocolate bar for your snack is National Milk Chocolate Day, July 28.
Of course, chocolate comes in many other forms besides the classic bar.
You could have a truffle, or chocolate combined with another flavor, or something coated in milk chocolate; the list goes on, the possibilities are vast.

Some of their classic chocolate options include butter crunch, fudge, soft-centered chocolates, and chocolate-covered espresso beans.
You can also order assorted milk chocolates, and enjoy a mix.
Additionally, at the Fairhaven location, they offer ice cream that, you guessed it, includes chocolate flavors.

Candy and Nut Center, Fall River

The Food Luver Review Show visited the Candy & Nut Center this year, which is housed in one of the city’s historic mill buildings.
Inside are bins and bins of sweets, as well as display shelves, ensuring that whatever type of treat you’re looking for, there’s bound to be something to satisfy you.
And of course, that includes chocolate.

Drive a little further north for some well-worthwhile treats at Hilliards Chocolates.
Hilliards celebrates 100 years of supplying fine chocolates and specialty candies.
They even make Oprah Winfrey’s list of favorite things.
Their chocolate menu is extensive, with bars, assortments, truffles, barks, various chocolate-covered delights and much more.
