I followed Lee’s advice and recipe to a T – and it worked for me. Chips had an intense flavor that was similar to a cheez-it cracker. However, they had a crisp but fluffy texture, so they did not collapse while I took each bite. The all -sided seasoning on top has also added more crunch and a salty and spicy flavor. I appreciated these solo tokens, but I definitely serve my next lot with one or two hollows.
