The recipe for this dosa was shared by MasterChef Aruna Vijay on her official Instagram page. To make it, start by roasting the urad dal and chana dal in a pan. Next, in a separate pan, roast the dried red chillies, jeera, pepper, curry leaves, sesame seeds, hing and salt. Transfer everything to a food processor and grind to form a smooth powder. Next, pour a ladleful of dosa batter on a tawa and spread it evenly. Spread a generous amount of ghee all over the dosa. Sprinkle the prepared ghee podi masala and cook the dosa for a few minutes. Once done, fold it over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Your ghee podi dosa is now ready to enjoy!
