Introducing iPupPee — A Life Alert Communication Button for Dogs
Live on Indiegogo, iPupPee is the ultimate tool for pet parents.
Boston, Massachusetts – July 29, 2024 /MarketersMEDIA/ —
iPupPee, the revolutionary new life alert button for dogs that lets them communicate their needs to their owners, is live on global platform Indiegogo following a successful crowdfunding round on Kickstarter.
For anyone who has ever wished their dog could talk, the iPupPee is the ultimate pet owner tool and dog personal alert system. iPupPee gives dogs a voice and allows them to communicate with their owners when they need to go outside. The result is a revolutionary new product that opens the lines of communication between dog and owner.
“My chocolate lab Champ is the inspiration for iPupPee. As he grew, I really needed a device that would allow me to monitor him and have him push a button to let me know when he needed me,” says founder and CEO Mark Condon. “Toward the end, I didn’t always know in time when he needed to go to the bathroom. I wanted a device that would allow me to both monitor Champ when he wanted to go and have him push a button to let me know when he needed to go.”
The iPupPee is a personal smartphone for dogs. It features a large paw-shaped button that dogs can easily press to call their owner. Features of the iPupPee include Wi-Fi connectivity that allows the device to activate either a video call with their owner or the two-way speakerphone. With the iPupPee’s live video feed, users can also open the app at any time and check on their pup without the dog having to manually activate the device. Additionally, iPupPee provides users with a comprehensive digital and video training manual written by Brian Gagye, a certified K9 dog trainer and canine psychologist, to successfully teach their dog how to use the button.
“People are either working on another floor of their house or away from their dog for hours at a time. If you have a dog, you know how much you miss them when you’re not home. iPupPee allows you to monitor them at all times. If you’re not home, you can have a neighbor or dog walker come take your dog out when they press the button,” Condon adds. “More importantly, this feature is much needed in the service dog space. If a disabled person has an emergency, but no one is home to help, their dog can press the button and alert their emergency contact that immediate attention is needed.”
iPupPee is currently live and available for support on Indiegogo with 50% off MSRP: www.indiegogo.com/projects/ipuppee-life-alert-for-your-dog
About iPupPee
iPupPee is a family business run by Mark and Andrea. iPupPee is here today because of Mark’s chocolate lab, Champ. Champ gave Mark 14 years of an incredible life. As Champ got older, his back legs got weaker. He no longer enjoyed walking down to the home office with Mark every day. Mark would selfishly carry him up the stairs every day, but Champ didn’t like it. Now that they were no longer side by side, Mark didn’t always know when Champ needed to go to the bathroom. Champ passed away on July 13, 2022 and since that day, we’ve created the product we wish we had. Champ’s memory lives on through iPupPee and we hope you love this product as much as we do.
