The 2024 Iowa State Fair is just a few weeks away, which means some creative new foods are on the way.
The fair announced 84 new foods ahead of this year’s event, featuring original Iowa dishes like a BLT on a stick.
The grilled cheese, bacon and fried brisket sandwich won the title of best new fair food last year.
The full list is available below. A tasting competition is scheduled for July 16 at 1 p.m.
