Ingredients mixtures of spice with salmon:
4 pieces of salmon 6 oz
3 tablespoons of avocado oil
1 tablespoon of onion
1 tablespoon of garlic powder

2 teaspoons of black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
2 finely chopped teaspoons of parsley
4 pieces of lemon in thin slices

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cover with parchment paper and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix avocado oil, onion powder, garlic powder, assistance salt, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, pepperflakes and chopped parsley and mix well.

Method:
1. Place a large skillet over medium heat, add the butter and cream cheese and allow the two to soften and melt.
2. Add the base of the seafood broth and mix well. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt pepperflakes, cayenne pepper and chopped parsley and mix well.
3. Slowly pour in the whipping cream and continue stirring until the mixture begins to simmer.
4. Add the shrimp to the sauce and add the water to lighten the sauce.
5. Simmer 7 to 10 minutes and serve on the salmon.

For sautéed drunk spinach:
1 tablespoon of non -salty butter
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of dice onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 and 1 lbs. Fresh spinach
1/2 tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes
2 minced shallots
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Place a large pan covered with olive oil over medium-high heat, add the chopped shallots and let save for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Add the chopped garlic, onions, pepper, red pepper flakes and stir uniformly.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan, mix and let the spinach cook for 4 to 5 minutes and serve with the salmon with an Alfredo sauce.
