Mediterranean dishes made with stripes shine in the Kitchen of Mozilla d’Owasso

An Owasso restaurant combines Mediterranean flavors with American staples while ensuring that everything is made with stripes and fresh.

Mozilla’s cuisine is a hole in the wall that offers hospitality and authenticity.

Mozilla’s cuisine welcomes customers with this promise: excellent food made delicious. They hold this promise by first putting freshness and flavor.

“Everything is authentic, fresh on a daily basis. Hummus, Tabouli, Tzatziki, Kabob, we also have hamburgers – Schashed, never frozen,” said owner Mo Zeidan.

Zeidan opened Mozilla’s kitchen a few years ago. Her daughter, Maysa, is the general manager and the restaurant is a family operation.

“I really like to have the opportunity to work with my father every day,” she said.

Mo is Lebanese and had restaurants at home, and has opened several restaurants in Tulsa. Mozilla’s cuisine combines all its favorite dishes from each place, with its customers always in mind.

“You have to give to come back,” he said. “You must be the best of the best.”

“The environment is great, the owner is great. I learned from him and guests so much. It is a wonderful experience,” said chef Thomas Williams.

He started in the kitchen by toasting chicken for the protein bowl.

“Our Kabobs are incredible; We take chicken, cut it, tramples. Marinade for 24 to 48 hours. “

He builds the bowl with fresh rice, lettuce, lentils, tzatziki sauce, coriander potatoes and houmous. Then crowns everything with the Kabobs.

“Remove the Kabobs from the grill, pleasant and fresh, and put them there,” said Chef Thomas.

With everything that is done internally, this dish is healthy, generous and delicious. Everything works so well together.

The striped falafel is so good, it’s so fresh.

Mo made his debut for his summer salad for the season.

It meets with the spring mixture, fresh fruit, feta and vinaigrette with homemade raspberry vinaigrette.

“These are candied nuts that you put on top,” said Maysa.

The salad really has the taste of summer.

Mozilla’s cuisine is known for its popular gyrosmons and sandwiches like Philly. The fries on the side are far from a reflection afterwards: there are sweet potatoes fries, ordinary fries and crisp onion rings, which are crisp and soft at the same time.

The chefs prepare cabbage rolls with homemade tomato sauce, as well as tabouli lemony with punchy herbs and olive oil.

“Little taste of the house for my father,” said Maysa.

Everything in Mozilla’s Kitchen is made with love and carefully manufactured. This is why the team hopes that this Owasso basic food is there to stay.

“It takes a lot to open the business,” said Maysa. “We really count on the support of the city are so grateful and grateful.”

The Mozilla kitchen is located at 11610 East 86th St N, Owasso, OK 74055.
