“Hell’s Kitchen” returns to FOX on September 28, 2023. The reality TV cooking competition will lead into “LEGO Masters” each week on Thursday nights. The theme for Season 22 of “Hell’s Kitchen” is “The American Dream” and 18 diverse contestants came from all over America to realize their dream of working for Chef Gordon Ramsay. In the season premiere, the contestants will attempt to impress Chef Ramsay in the Signature Dish Challenge after being divided into two teams. After meeting inspiring American icons, including boxer Oscar de la hoya and country music superstar Martina McBrideThe winning team will be rewarded with a private dinner with Chef Ramsay, while the losing team will be left behind to clean dirty kitchens in the all-new season one episode “The Dream Begins” of Hell’s Kitchen airing Thursday September 9. 28 (8:00 p.m. – 9:02 p.m.) on FOX.
