The 180g treat costs £3.50 and includes chocolate sweets, orange jellies and popping sweets.

But many say this sweet snack – with the long title Chocolate Candy Beans, Orange Jellies & Popping Candy Milk Chocolate – reminds them of a Cadbury bar.

An article on NewUKFoods read: “New M&S Candy Beans, Orange Jellies and Sparkling Milk Chocolate Bars!

“It’s amazing, it reminds us of a Marvelous Creations orange chocolate bar.”

Cadbury already released an Orange Lolly version of its beloved Marvellous Creations range many years ago.

The fruity edition of this treat was supposed to be limited edition and released in Australia, so it may not have been sold in UK supermarkets.

British grocers regularly offer the original Cadbury Marvellous Creations bar, made with fizzy gummy candies and milk chocolate.

But M&S is now offering fans of popping sweets and orange chocolate the chance to try both flavours combined.

“I would really like that,” wrote one user.

“I may have accidentally demolished an entire bar earlier,” joked another fan of the treat.

I tried the viral Big Daddy bar from M&S – it’s £7 and is really good but reminds me of a regular chocolate

M&S customers have spotted a range of new treats on the retailer’s shelves in recent weeks.

Their new Big Daddy chocolate bar has been a huge hit with customers and has gone viral on social media.

The Big Daddy, currently priced at £6.75, is an oversized chocolate bar made from milk and dark chocolate.

It also contains a layer of soft caramel with peanut butter and roasted peanut pieces.

The 300g M&S chocolate bar, which serves 10 people and contains 537 kcal per 100g, has become popular on social media.

In a video review shared on TikTok, Lia said it took her about 10 minutes to find the candy bar because it was on the bottom shelf.

The TikToker said: “It tastes a bit like Snickers, it’s a bit like Snickers.

“If you cut this bar into several small pieces, you get a mini Snickers bar.”

Snickers bars have a similar calorie count to The Big Daddy, with 516 kcal per 100g of chocolate.

They are sold in a number of different formats including duo packs, small bars and the standard 48g pack.

The price of Snickers varies depending on the retailer, but currently it is 80p at Morrisons, 85p at Tesco and 95p at Sainsbury’s.

Elsewhere, M&S has also brought back its Reversy Percy jellies.

This is a variation of the original, swapping out the gelatin ears and foam faces.

Although it is a popular choice for many to satisfy their sweet tooth, M&S removed it from shelves 10 years ago.

“Immediately yes,” one of them greeted on social networks, while another urged his friends to “be careful with these things.”

How to Save Money on Chocolate

CONSUMER journalist Sam Walker explains how to save money on your next chocolate order…

Go to your own brand – If you’re not too keen on the taste and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you’ll save money by opting for the supermarket’s own brand bars.

Compare the prices – if you’ve spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, be sure to check if it’s cheaper elsewhere.

Websites like Trolley.co.uk allow you to compare prices of products from all the major chains to see if you’re getting the best deal.

Pay attention to the yellow stickers – supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on products to indicate that they have been reduced.

They usually do this if the product is near the end of its expiration date or if the packaging is slightly damaged.

Buy bigger bars – most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the bigger the bar.

So if you have an appetite and are planning on buying a large quantity of chocolate anyway, you might as well buy more.
