Panera Bread’s menu evolution continues with the announcement of a new breakfast menu, including both permanent items and limited-time offerings for June. The menu includes new breakfast sandwiches (one with double portions of bacon and another with steak on ciabatta), as well as new cinnamon rolls topped with scrambled eggs.
New menu items include:
- Double Take of Bacon: Scrambled egg, melted American cheese and provolone, a double portion of bacon, on black pepper focaccia bread
- Ham, egg and cheese: Scrambled egg, melted cheddar cheese and ham
- CinnaScramble: Scrambled eggs and melted American cheese on a warm cinnamon roll. Both CinnaScrambles start at $5.79.
- CinnaScramble Sausage: Sausage (can be customized with bacon), scrambled egg and melted American cheese on a warm cinnamon bun
Limited time menu items include:
- Steak & Wake Up: Marinated steak on ciabatta bread
- Cinnatops:A cinnamon roll base topped with frosting and the customer’s choice of a candy cookie, chocolate chip cookie or fudgy brownie, starting at $4.79.
Like the menu overhaul announced earlier this year, the new breakfast menu leans more toward the indulgent side. For example, the new Sausage Cinnascramble has 790 calories, while a similar item already available on the Panera breakfast menu is the Ciabatta, Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich at 590 calories. Another new menu item is the Bacon Double Take, which has double the bacon of the ciabatta, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich (and is 560 calories compared to 440 calories).

This is just the beginning of our commitment to providing an even more delicious breakfast experience for our guests.
