Plant-Based Vegan Burgers and Shakes Added to Coors Field Menu

A new concession stand will offer plant-based items like burgers, chips and shakes, giving fans an alternative to meat.

DENVER — Baseball fans will have new plant-based concessions to try at Coors Field during the 2024 season.

Aramark Sports + Entertainment will open Better-Off Burgers, a new concession concept, in Section 115 in time for the Rockies’ home opener on April 5.

Better-Off Burgers offers plant-based burgers like burgers, chips, and shakes, giving fans an alternative to meat.

“After months of research and testing, the Aramark culinary team created a unique vegan menu with a robust flavor profile that mimics the taste and texture of real meat,” said Chef Richard Grab, Director of culinary innovation for Aramark Sports + Entertainment. “Better-Off Burgers offers a range of plant-based meals that will please any game-goer. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian or meat lover, there’s something for everyone on the menu.
