It’s time to treat yourself to a sweet surprise! International Chocolate Day is just around the corner this month and there are countless ways to celebrate this beloved treat.

The official celebration of this delicious dessert takes place on July 7th every year, giving chocolate lovers around the world the perfect excuse to melt away all their reservations and indulge in their favorite chocolatey treats without the guilt of leaving a bitter taste in their mouths.

World Chocolate Day was established in 2009 and is meant to mark the day this iconic treat made its debut in Europe in 1550. Since then, candy stores and supply stores often put their best creations and merchandise on sale so everyone can enjoy the holiday and take a bite.
