Target is about to make this weekend’s grocery run even more exciting with the launch of your new favorite kitchen essentials. Meet Figmint: With over 250 pieces, it’s the retailer’s first exclusive kitchenware brand.
Figmint is designed to make cooking more fun, easier and accessible for everyone. Prices start at $3 and offer specialty tools, food storage, cutlery and more. More than half of the collection costs less than $10, a must-have price point in the expensive world of kitchenware.

“What I love about Figmint is that this brand meets so many different needs of our customers,” Jill Sando, Target’s executive vice president and chief merchandising officer, said in a press release. “It’s beautiful design at incredible prices. From product to packaging, the collection makes cooking more accessible to all home cooks.
To ease the burden of weeknight dinners, Figmint products have been designed to be easy to clean, and certain elements and features cleverly increase functionality.
Beyond its affordability, Target worked with occupational therapists when creating the products to ensure that the tools were not only simple to use, but that the packaging works for all types of home chefs: it features Easy-open tabs, exposed handles and handles that make tools easy to lift and carry. The pans have built-in pour spouts and strainers, and the stay-cool stainless steel handles. An added bonus: According to Target, more than 95% of the new brand’s items contain no plastic in their packaging.

When it comes to style, the brand feels modern, classic and trendy. Figmint items are available in a range of soft, muted colors and high-quality materials like granite, stainless steel and acacia wood. Not only do they look good, but you’ll also enjoy them for years to come. Although they add a pop of color and texture, the products are minimalist enough to fit any kitchen aesthetic.
Grab the five-piece ceramic mixing bowl set that’s pretty enough to display, the blue enameled cast iron Dutch oven compatible with induction, electric, and gas stovetops, and the designed acacia wood cutting board for cooking and organizing a charcuterie and wine evening: if you are looking for versatility, this brand is for you.
You can shop the collection in person at all Target stores and on target.com after launching on September 24.
