If you like Guinness’s taste but you don’t want a pint, then why not celebrate Saint-Patrick with a Guinness cake.
Guinness Chocolate Cake combines the flavors of Irish Stout with chocolate and can be appreciated by the whole family, even children.
The alcohol is cooked from the cake, which makes children sure to also enjoy a slice of. It is a way to celebrate the day without the hangover.
Chef Lauren Fleming, from Fork To Spoon, created the perfect recipe from Guinness Cake using an air fryer.
Lauren said: “Guinness Chocolate Cake is a classic dessert that can be made in various ways. In this recipe, we will show you how to make a Guinness chocolate cake in the air fryer. It’s easier and faster than cooking it, and it comes out just as delicious.
“Whether you celebrated Saint-Patrick or just wanted something special to snack, this cake is sure.”
Ingredients
- 1 cup at ambient temperature Guinness.
- Half cup of unsalted butter, which was diced.
- 2 cups of granulated sugar. If you want to make this sugar with a low sugar or diabetic content, you can use a sugar substitute.
- 3/4 cocoa cups with unsweetened pastry.
- 2 large eggs at room temperature.
- 2/3 cups of sure cream. You can also use Greek yogurt, use sure cream with low -fat or fat.
- 3 teaspoons of real vanilla extract.
- 2 cups of versatile flour. If you want to make this gluten -free gluten, you can use gluten -free versatile flour.
