The career chocolate chocolate cake from my Greek dish

3 cups of self-sloping flour

6 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Cut almonds or chopped nuts as a garnish

Chandelier:

1 cup of powdered sugar

3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, sifted

2 tablespoons of corn oil (or substitute)

5 tablespoons of hot water

1 tablespoon of cognac (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 347 ° F.

In a large bowl, whisk the oil and sugar together. Cancel.

Dissolve the baking soda in the orange juice, stir and add it to the mixture of-succre. Add water, vinegar and vanilla and continue to mix these ingredients for a few minutes by hand or with an electric mixer.

Sift the flour and cocoa powder in a bowl. Gradually add the coconut mixture of flour to the wet ingredients and fold gently with a spatula or a large spoon until it is combined.

Oil the bottom and sides of a non -stick pan and pour the mixture. As with all the cakes that do it, the right way is the key to success. Cook this cake in an oven preheated for 50 to 60 minutes on the lower rack with upper and lower heating elements on, and do not open the oven during cooking. When it looks ready, check by sticking a wooden skewer or a toothpick in the middle of the cake. If it comes out clean, your cake is ready. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before removing it from the pan.
