Ji-Paraná – based in Rondônia ice mark Sabor Beradeiro uses natural ingredients and offers flavors native to northern Brazil such as Tapioca , acai , cocoa e Brazil nut . The company has a stand at the Salon Rural de Rondônia in the pavilion of the State Secretariat for Economic Development (SEDEC). Brand representative Ana Carolina Struthos de Lima told ANBA that the artisan ice creams are free of dyes, hydrogenated fats and white sugar, and are sold in biodegradable packaging.

The recipes use organic demerara sugar. The coconut milk tapioca flavor, for example, contains 80% natural coconut milk extracted in the ice cream factory. “We also make the nut milk for Brazil nut ice cream, with 60% nut milk,” Lima said. Small amounts of skim milk power go into some flavors.
Berry flavor produces six types of ice cream: acai cream, soursop, cupuaçu and jam, brazil nuts, tapioca with coconut milk and wild cocoa from the Amazon with 52% cocoa. The three-year-old company is based in the state capital, Porto Velho.
The company has sold 10 tons of ice cream in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, and will open its first flagship store on the southern island of Brazil, on the beach of Canasvieiras. It was recently sold to the city of Feliz, Rio Grande do Sul. “Despite the winter and the cold in southern Brazil, they really consume and enjoy our ice cream,” Lima said.
In Porto Velho, you can find sabor beradeiro ice cream in almost every health food store in town, the representative said. You can also order by WhatsApp.
The tenth Rondônia Rural Show Internacional runs until Saturday (27).
