The influencer of the food revision club is promising after enormous controversy
A food influencer who was involved in a whirlwind of social media drama cleaned up the air, finally deciding to change the way he does things and promises “total transparency”.
Matthew Davies Binge, of the Food Review Club, found himself at the center of the controversy after Cornwalllive revealed that he was taking payments to make publications on social networks, but did not declare them as “advertisements”, as required by the United Kingdom for transparency.
It appeared that the Food Review Club, which has four million followers on its social platforms, made up to four figures to visit various companies and have the 38 -year -old post on social networks without declaring that this was happening. He then said to the fans “no amount of money influences what I say” and that he cannot be “paid for a positive score” but did not explain why they were not declared.

Another company then went out with an audio clip during which he admits that they are advertisements and says that he would only eat his food if it was paid to do so. He said that if she paid, there would be coils, stories and “works” on her platforms.
After being completely silent and not responding to any of the allegations of Cornwalllive or our questions, he has now set up a complete video concerning part of the controversy in recent weeks. He also tackles a quarrel in progress between his channel and his colleague examiner of the Danny Malin food from Rate My My Myeway who was involved later.

Addressing paid content for Cornwall, he said, when traveling, the company reaches out to food in terms of estabilities in the context of “occasional awareness” to cover travel costs and more. He said: “From the first day, Food Review Club has always been to help small businesses stand out and be seen and discover these hidden hot spots and these gourmet jewels, I love nothing more.”
He said that 90% of these criticisms are where he presents himself unexpectedly and filmed criticism without money exchange. In addition, he said that his team also pays the majority of food that the followers see him eating, saying: “It’s something that will never change.”
“We revised food even before we have an audience,” he continued. Although it did not specifically approach the issue of unconceived advertisements and why it was not done, the food revision club, since the controversy, began to make “advertising” statements on publications on social networks marking a turned corner.
He said that to move forward, the team will be “completely transparent” to find out if something is paid, gifted or not, but wants to remind viewers that, whatever his opinion, will always be “authentic” if money exchanges or not. You can watch the full video here.
