The most exciting food on Earth right now is a sandwich

This week a company called SpaceVIP has announced the possibility of eating a multi-course meal in the stratosphere in late 2025. It will be prepared by one of the world’s greatest chefs, Rasmus Munk, who runs the kitchen of one of the most creative restaurants in the planet, Alchemist, which offers a 50-course, six-hour tasting menu and currently ranks 5th on the list of the world’s 50 best restaurants.
