The Yankee Stadium adds more New York flavor to its range of food and drinks in 2025
They say that nothing is more American than baseball and apple pie, but what could be more New York than fine yankee stripes, pastrami sandwiches and a jamaican beef cake from the store at the bottom of the street?
On Wednesday, the Yankees unveiled their new food and drinking items for the 2025 season, and in the midst of the fried chicken sandwiches and a lobster roll that seemed to be out directly from CAPE COD, there were a number of options based in New York. And for a good reason.
“We started as soon as the World Series were finished and thought of bringing the story of New York,” said Robert Flowers, executive chief of Yankee Stadium. “I do it (think it was missing a little before). You look at something as simple as a pastrami sandwich and we wanted to make sure that we organize the food that the demographic palace was going to eat and appreciate. ”

The Yankees announced 18 new food options, as well as five different cocktails. The prices of the items have not yet been announced. They started a number of new food partnerships, including one with Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, which will serve Korean beef dumplings, Kung Pao chicken and Buffalo chicken from the 108, 205, 213 and 321 sections. A favorite on Wednesday was the jamaica beef of the Caribbean food delights, which was also used. The modified beef pancake, with its tasty beef and its floconne crust, is filled with a salad of lime and a bbq of coriander lime and will be in the Freshdirect terrace and the Toyota terrace.
The pastrami sandwich is graceful of the long -standing partner of the Yankee Stadium Lobel’s, while the observation of Streetbird, still popular, the famous chef of Marcus Samuelsson, the fried chicken, made his debut, he is “Birddog” – a hot dog with cheese.

And don’t fear, dessert display, there is also something new for you. The famous chief Christian Petroni, who remained last year on the salt side of the equation, brought his Bronx-Italian flair to treats after dinner. He associated himself with Mister Sovee to create a sundae in layers with vanilla ice cream, hot hazelnut fudge, Crunch Praline Cannoli and vanilla panna. It also serves such a traditional tiramisu, your nonna could have done it (that is to say if your grandmother served him tiramisu in a small baseball cap to collect).
Petroni “grew up five, 10 minutes from here and I think that Mister Somee must have been in the top five – for me at least – things in New York who are so New York,” he said. “My young children for children were trained to hear the Mister Sofee truck for miles. I cannot believe that I can do it here at the stadium. ”
