Make the Best Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Here are some essential tips to ensure your edible dough turns out perfect.

1. Choose the right cottage cheese

If you choose a low-fat option, make sure it is mixed well to avoid graininess. But opt for full-fat cottage cheese for a creamier texture and richer flavor. Small-curd options won’t need as much flour.

2. Mix well

Make sure the cottage cheese is mixed well to form a smooth, even dough, mimicking the texture of traditional cookie dough.

3. Sweeten naturally

Use natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup to add sweetness without refined sugars, keeping the dough healthier.

4. Incorporate mix-ins

Add your favorite mix-ins such as dark chocolate chips, nuts or dried fruit for added texture and fun.
