I came across this cottage cheese flatbread recipe in a caption from TikTok user @HealthyLittlePeach. The flatbread is assembled from 5 ingredients – no kneading or rising required. Plus, it’s easy to transform into any delicious savory creation once cooked. Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 1½ tsp. Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

  • ½ tsp. onion powder

  • Desired toppings and condiments like sliced ​​chicken, onions or mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper; put aside.
