The blogger and the content creator, with more than 230,000 subscribers on Instagram, generally gave our brilliant criticisms of food – some more than others.
We previously explained how he had visited Her Burger, in Truro, that he gave a brilliant review with a note of 9.9 rare out of 10. He described the place as “without fault” with the native of Cambridge saying that he had to visit after hearing that it was “the best hamburger of Cornwall”.

During his stay here, he also put some of our pasties to the test. He gave a review to Ann’s pâtés in Porthleven and Sarah’s pasta in Looe, giving them a score of 9.6 and 8.2 respectively. But neither was classified as well as his meal in the herd.
Having now visited even more establishments, we are looking here at what he thought of each place in Cornwall – including a revisit in a place where he was before and loved as long as he had to come back.

6. The Thomas Daniell, Truro

He challenged small pigs in covers but had only praise for the rest of the food, including roasts, puree, meat and farce. He said that the roasts were so good that they could have been cooked with “the magic of Cornwall”. He obtained a note of 9.
6. Cluck n chuck, St Austell
With his peer -to -hand and food dishes inside Mustache Jacks in St Austell, many people encourage the gourmet to visit this establishment. Rising in popularity due to its take -out menu, the predominantly menu of burgers and chicken tensioners impressed it enough to obtain a score of 9 out of 10, saying with a small improvement of puncture that would go even higher.

Super impressed by the appearance of the hamburger, he said that he appreciated the “thick” and “juicy” hamburgers calling the flavor “absolutely spectacular”. With fat flowing in his hands, he said he would need a shower afterwards, but it was worth it. After also appreciating the cheese macaroni, an indulgent ice cream horn and more, he gave it a note of 9.2.
4. Rosa, Newquay
Having the people behind Her, it is not surprising that this particular place made a treat. Noting on the appearance of food, he called it “beautiful” and “atmosphere” and found that the flavors were up to the look. “It’s wet, it’s dirty and it’s really more,” he said about Ragu. He also ordered the fried lasagna, a pizza, his fried sticky caramel pudding, the donuts and of course tried the mini-golf on site. What note did he give him? 9.3 Overall, with a 10 out of 10 for the RAGU specifically.
3. Ann’s pasties, Porthleven
He took himself to Porthleven after “everyone says that Ann is the one who said,” he told his disciples. Love the size and the unique look of the pâté, it was not sure of the permanent dough but called it “absolutely beautiful”. He obtained a remarkable 9.6.
2. Caffé Rojano, Padstow
Right next to the port and held by the famous chief Paul Ainsworth, Matthew tried a variety of meals in small plaque before going to come together. The ribs, the salad and arancini bullets were among the dishes for which he did, saying the “food of food”. A three -healthy pork chopped dish with spiral pork cracking it the most, obtaining the highest joint note from all its tests of cornwall. From the cheek of beef ragu, he said that “could well be the best pasta I have ever had”. By giving him a 9.7, he said he made it “must stop” if you visit Cornwall.
2. Wing Shed, London apprentice
Back for a second visit to the second establishment of Rising Star Restaurant, Matthew ordered a bag of spices and was not disappointed after being disappointed by what he called “average Bang” recommendations elsewhere. He called the magnificent Wing Shed, turning a corner. Habenera mango wings, according to him, were “as good as everything I had through the United Kingdom”. He obtained a note of 9.7.
1. Herd Burger, Truro
After visiting Herd to Truro, he said he looked “absolutely brilliant” and compared the appearance of the place to a “huge supermarket”. He spent £ 41 for the classic hamburger’s offer, the hamburger chicken, chest fries, chili cheese bite and chocolate shock. He said about the hamburger that it “almost looks perfect” by praising particular praise at the emblematic bun that comes from a local bakery, Baker Tom and crisp and classic fries. Pepper cheese bites, he said they were “incredible”. The hamburger he said “may well be one of the best burgers in the United Kingdom”, adding: “Everything I preach, they nailed”.
