Try these cups of Dubai chocolate cheesecake for Eid celebrations
Whether you are organizing for Eid or you are looking for a treat to do and share with friends, this viral chocolate bar of Dubai is sure to be a success.
The Dubai chocolate bar, in particular the “Can’t Get Knafeh” bar “by Fix dessert Chocolatier, has become a world feeling after having become viral on Tiktok. Highlighting the popular ingredients of the Middle East such as pistachio cream and crisp Kataifi pastry, it makes the perfect inspiration for an Eid dessert.
In British Columbia, around 100,000 Muslims celebrate Eid-Al-Fitr, marking the end of the sacred month of Ramadan at the end of March. It is common for families to meet and share candy to celebrate the opportunity. If you are witnessing a celebration of Eid, bringing a sweet treat is the ideal way to show gratitude, building a community and sharing joy. Food is really the language of universal love.
When it comes to making a dessert for a crowd, I love something that looks fanciful but takes minimum work to assemble. If you can one day do in advance, even better.
These cheese cake cup cupcakes all these boxes. The most difficult part to make them can simply be to obtain supplies by the ingredients. If you do not see pistachio cream and kataiFi in your large-area store, consider it as a good excuse for visiting your local grocery store in the Middle East. While you are there, associate Kafeh and make sure to try Nabulsi cheese. Believe me, you won’t regret it.
Dubai chocolate cheesecake cups:
1/2 cup (125 ml) KataiFi dough
1/2 cup (125 ml) Graham Cracker Crumbs (or crumbled cookies)
4 tablespoons (60 ml) melted butter
1 cup (250 ml) of cream cheese
3/4 cup (180 ml) whipping cream
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar (60 ml)
2 teaspoons of vanilla (10 ml)
1/2 cup (125 ml) of pistachio cream
1/2 cup (125 ml) Made dark chocolate
2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped pistachios (optional)
Toast the KataiFi paste over low heat until it is brown golden. Mix the graham cookie crumbs, the kataifi and the melted butter until it looks like wet sand. Divide the mixture in four and press the bottom of each pot.
Refrigerate the pots for 30 minutes to adjust the base layer.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese to smooth consistency. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk the cream to whisk until the stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream in the cream cheese mixture to smooth consistency.
Assemble the cake of cheese cake. Divide the filling of a two -part cheese cake. Pour half of it over the base layer in each pot.
Add a layer of pistachio cream to the top of the cheese cake.
Pour the cheese cake garnish remaining on the pistachio cream layer. Refrigerate cheese cake cake for 30 minutes at an hour. Finish with a layer of melted chocolate and garnish with optional pistachios. Refrigerate until it is ready to serve.
