Drew Barrymore takes his love of mac and cheese to a whole new level.

A host of The Drew Barrymore Show took a bath in a tub full of cheese noodles for the latest issue of his magazine, DREW. In ‘The Happy Place’ issue, the star focused on some of the things in life that make her happiest, including travel, her daughters Olive, 10, and Frankie, 9, and, well, of course, one of Barrymore’s favorite dishes: macaroni. and cheese.

“It carried me throughout my life. You know how they say you can outgrow certain things? I never got over my deep love and appreciation for macaroni and cheese,” Barrymore said in the issue. “If anything, it might have gone up every year.”

In a series of photos, the actress wears a long white top covered in colorful squiggles as she lounges in a bathtub full of cheesy pasta.

The silly behind-the-scenes video above shows Barrymore sitting in the tub while his team shovels mac and cheese into the tub by the full pan. Another person behind the camera asked, “Drew, are you living your dream?”

The talk show host confirmed, “I’m living my dream…I’m covered in a bath of real macaroni and cheese.”

Barrymore then revealed that she bathed in her “favorite brand”, Kraft Deluxe.

The actress adds a whole new twist to a debate sparked in March when Kourtney Kardashian posted photos of a bathroom feast on her Instagram.

Nestled in an Instagram carousel of poolside photos and outfit snaps, including the star in a velvet jumpsuit dazzled by the word ‘Kardashian’, the Poosh founder, 44, showed off two images of a bathroom that left its subscribers with a lot of questions.

“All that food in the bathroom,” wrote one of the The Kardashians the star’s 216 million Instagram followers alongside two palm-facing emojis, drawing attention to a photo of a light blue bathroom filled with multiple plates containing piles of pancakes, strawberries, of chicken wings and bottles of champagne surrounding a white tub.

Others focused on object placement, writing “Food on the toilet 😮 that’s nasty” and “why is there a burger above the toilet?”

A fan took to the comments section to ask, “How can you eat off a plate that got left on the toilet?” as another asked, “Am I the only person who thinks the food on the bathroom floor is disgusting?”

Kardashian took to her Instagram Story to respond by sharing the image of the tub next to a row of spiral eye emojis, writing “the comments on this photo.”

Padma Lakshmi then gave Kardashian her own support.
