How To Make Mango Ice Cream At Home I Natural Mango Ice Cream Recipe:

Take ripe mangoes and cut the flesh into cubes. Mix half of the mango cubes with the powdered milk, powdered sugar, fresh cream and milk. You can blend everything in a blender grinder or use a hand blender. If you are using a hand mixer, first whip the cream well separately, then mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Beat it well to make a creamy paste.
Pour the batter into an airtight glass container or simply a glass container that you can close with cling film. Mix the rest of the mango cubes into the batter to add the crunch of the mangoes. You can also add a little mango pulp to intensify the flavor of the mango. Now wrap tightly with the lid or cling film. Make sure the cling film touches the surface of the ice cream so that no air bubbles form. The air bubbles make the ice cream icy and not creamy.
Freeze ice cream for 6-7 hours or overnight. Enjoy sweet and fresh natural mango ice cream this summer!
