Press the mixture firmly into the bottom. Place it in the refrigerator.
Of the cream cheese, she wrote: “Whip together sour cream, heavy cream and cream cheese until fluffy. The mixture will be liquid before thickening. Add the cooled pineapple juice mixture and whisk until well combined. Add lemon juice to taste.
