Spike Aguas Frescas 3D Model

After a test launch in Las Vegas, Modelo is expanding the availability of Modelo Spiked Aguas Frescas to new markets in the United States.

Starting March 1, the drinks (pictured above) will begin hitting shelves in 15 states, as well as New York and Chicago, which account for more than 80 percent of Modelo’s domestic volume.

Inspired by traditional drinks found at Mexican street markets, Modelo Spiked Aguas Frescas are described as a line of “vibrant, spiked and flavored malt drinks that fuel the fiesta with the bold, fruity taste of authentic aguas frescas.”

Modelo Spiked Aguas Frescas comes in four varieties: Piña (pineapple), Flor de Jamaica (hibiscus), Sandía (watermelon) and Pipino y Limón (cucumber-lime). The Variety Pack and Pina 24oz became the #1 new multipack and single-serve SKU in the FMB (flavored malt beverage) category during the Las Vegas trial.

All flavors contain between 171 and 197 calories, 20 to 25 g of sugar and 4.5% ABV.

Nespresso: Brazil Organic

Nespresso Professional launches Brazil organic coffee range for Origins

Nespresso Professional has announced the launch of a Brazil Organic capsule: a new pure Arabica blend developed exclusively to complement the existing Origins Organic range.

Launched at the beginning of March, the new Brazilian capsule will join flavors from Peru, Congo and Colombia in addition to the collection.

Brazilian organic coffee is an “elegant, delicate and pure Arabic blend with sweet notes echoing its origin.” Many Arabica beans are inspired by the savannahs of the Cerrado Mineiro region, which give a light note of toasted grains and cereals, while others come from the hilltop plantations in the southern Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, as well as the estates of São Paulo. This blend creates a smooth, smooth coffee flavor, creating a unique profile for customers.
